Currently accepting new clients for telehealth (ages 8+)! We provide quality mental health services for children, teens, and adults facing life’s challenges. Our goal is to help clients develop healthy coping strategies and empower them to overcome difficult situations. We build relationships and disrupt unhealthy cycles. We provide an authentic experience that challenges clients to push past feeling “stuck” and learn to let go of things they cannot change. We believe it is important to build relationships with clients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, interests, and motivations to determine the most effective treatment.
