Welcome to Empathy First Therapeutic Services. I established this clinic to offer support and guidance to clients during challenging times, employing an empathetic approach. I prioritize creating a safe space for individuals to express themselves freely without judgment, fostering genuine empathy and understanding. With over a decade of experience as an outpatient therapist, I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and walks of life. Additionally, I am an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, as well as the ENM, Poly, and Kink communities. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have been certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). However, I believe that incorporating various modalities and techniques that I find beneficial to a client is essential. After all, one size doesn’t always fit all.
