I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am a dedicated clinician here to help provide insight, awareness, and support through your therapeutic journey. I’m here to help create pathways of growth and healing and to provide a safe space to gain the skills needed to conquer life's challenges. Therapeutically, I am a Cognitive behavioral clinician, but I’m a collaborator and companion in your healing process. While I pull from multiple theoretical orientations to fit a client's individual needs, Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy, Person-Centered, and Trauma-informed therapy are usually my focuses.
