As a licensed therapist in Florida, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My approach centers on understanding each person's unique journey, with a deep commitment to addressing challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD and life transitions. Trauma does not necessarily have to be the Big "Ts" we all know about, it can also be living under chronic stress, singular events, and much more. I offer compassionate, evidence-based support for those struggling with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. My therapeutic practice is particularly attuned to helping those working through difficult emotional experiences. I utilize modalities such as EMDR, CBT, somatic psychotherapy, polyvagal theory and some DBT skills.
