With a passion for walking alongside individuals who are facing some of life’s most difficult challenges, I provide compassionate support for those experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, hopelessness, faith fatigue, anger, domestic violence, abuse, substance use, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and survivors of human or sex trafficking. I believe that no matter where you are in your journey, there is still hope, and healing is always possible. I am dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their voice, rebuild their strength, and rise into the healthiest version of themselves, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically.
