When those moments come, I’m here to support you and walk beside you through the pain, helping you find a more peaceful place. We will work together to get to the other side of your struggles. I work with adults, couples, and families facing challenges like depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma. As your therapist, you’ll find someone who is authentic, straight-forward, compassionate, and dedicated to truly understanding you. I’ll listen with care, encourage you through the hard parts, and at times, gently challenge you to see things differently.
