Hi! I'm Michaela & I am a licensed therapist specializing in women’s mental health, including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I understand that being a woman today often means carrying a heavy emotional load, and I’m here to help lighten that burden.
