Many of my clients come to therapy wanting to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and build confidence in handling life’s challenges. They may be seeking support for their children, teens, or family as they navigate stress, emotions, or changes at home or school. I offer a supportive, client-centered space where we can explore challenges and uncover strengths. Drawing from approaches such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused strategies, and play and art-based interventions, I tailor sessions to each person’s needs and goals.
