I provide individual and couples therapy for adults and children who struggle with various issues relating to anxiety, mood, substance use/addiction, self-esteem, self-worth, and interpersonal relationships. I help people work through life's challenges while equipping them with tools for future growth. The best decision a person can make is to invest in their own personal development. Therapy is a great way to get on the path of becoming the best version of YOU. The first session is my time to hear from you and gain an understanding of your needs. During our first session we will begin establishing a therapeutic relationship. I believe that if you feel safe enough to be open and honest during our sessions, we will have the best environment for really good therapy. There is power in hearing and being heard.
