Hi! I'm Eric Hamm, LCSW. I earned a MSW from Loyola University Chicago in 2005 and have been working in the Social Work field for well over a decade. I am a compassionate and goal-oriented therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life transitions, new challenges, and long-standing barriers. With years of experience in various social work settings, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the unique stresses people face when managing change, whether it's in their personal, professional, or relational lives. In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and explore the challenges you're currently facing. From there, I’ll work with you to develop a personalized plan that we can build on in our future sessions, focusing on what matters most to you.
