I work with adults 18+ facing depression, anxiety, substance use, or co-occurring disorders who want to gain control and improve their lives. My goal is to help clients do better than when they began therapy, using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and psychoeducation in a supportive, client-centered space. With over 12 years of experience, I focus on understanding each person’s unique story, culture, and past to build a strong therapeutic relationship.
