About
My remote therapy practice is focused on college students who need social and emotional support while they are away at school and young adults who have come home and are struggling with independence and decision making. I also provide guidance for parents as they support their kids through these critical transitions. I believe that our school and college preparation systems have not provided adolescents and young adults with the social and emotional development they need to advocate for themselves, take risks, find personal fulfillment in their work, and live independently.
