Trauma can often interfere with or even block your ability to move forward in life. Difficult emotions can interfere with achieving goals and dreams for your future. Whether you want to be able to have a collaborative approach with your therapist or need more direction, as a certified trauma professional, I aim to not only reduce painful or uncomfortable symptoms but to help renew, revitalize, and find a more fulfilling way of living life! I am currently available and accepting new clients. I use a variety of approaches working with clients' specific needs.
