She holds a clinical fellowship from the Training Institute for Mental Health in Couples Therapy. She is trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and has worked with couples for several years in different practice setting in NYC, CT, and Westchester. She is wholly dedicated to helping clients create lasting connection. With warmth, approachability, compassion, and humor Erica creates a safe space for you to create a lasting and secure relationship. She focuses on the cycle of disconnect and how what you think, feel, and do can impact your partner and vice versa.
