For the past 15 years, I have worked with many different kinds of people, in many walks of life. But, the main struggles that have always hit home for me have been women who feel like they have to or should be all things to everyone and everything. There is so much heaviness, tension, and angst inside of you when you operate in what I call, "the shoulds". I assist women in releasing perfectionism, stress, and challenging self-defeating narratives. Go ahead and let some of these expectations go, ladies!
