I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I welcome everyone to come as they are! For me, therapy is about providing a kind, non-judgmental environment and helping individuals learn to heal themselves. I approach therapy through an eclectic assortment of treatments most beneficial to each individual client, including components of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, strengths-based approaches, shadow work, and many more. I enjoy meeting clients where they are and discovering the right path or paths for them. I aim to provide an authentic and comfortable atmosphere.
