Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, and having a safe, confidential space to explore emotions and relationships can make all the difference. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating a wide range of concerns—from young adults struggling with self-esteem, to partners seeking deeper connection, to families impacted by addiction, and new mothers adjusting to postpartum anxiety or depression. With more than 18 years of clinical experience, I provide both short-term and long-term therapy for adolescents and adults. My practice is grounded in systemic and somatic approaches, focusing on how relational patterns, unresolved trauma, and physical concerns shape emotional well-being. I aim to help clients understand the interplay between their internal experiences and external relationships so they can move toward healing, balance, and fulfilling connections.
