I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist supervised by Julie Manoogian, PsyD. Seeking support is a courageous act, and I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by emotion, navigating relationship challenges, or moving through a tough transition, my goal is to help you feel grounded, understood, and supported. I’m passionate about helping clients build self-esteem, explore identity, and navigate change with greater clarity and self-compassion. While I work with a wide range of clients, I especially enjoy supporting college students and young adults as they grow into the version of themselves they want to be.
