With over 25 years of experience, I’ve supported hundreds of individuals and families as they prepare for, move through, and recover from pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences. I help clients process and resolve difficult or traumatic births, ambivalence about parenting, intrusive or distressing thoughts about their baby, and anxiety or depression surrounding pregnancy and postpartum. While perinatal mental health is a core specialty, I also work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transition.
