Finding the right therapist can be challenging, however it is so important to have a safe space for you to heal. Having supportive, compassionate and honest relationships is an essential part of life and wellbeing. The way one is raised, taught and treated are all underlying factors that contribute to their being as an adult, regardless of their ideas about those behaviors. My goal is to help decrease an individual’s suffering and free them from limitations that may be holding them back.
