I am passionate about working with adults struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Personal Identity, Sexuality, Intimacy, Relationship issues, Self-Esteem, Child-bearing, Parenting, Post-Partum concerns, and Life Change adjustments. I am a strong ally of LGBTQIA+ communities and efforts towards improving mental health. With pursued interest in practices holistically unifying the mind and body, I have an integrative approach deriving from an array of psychotherapeutic tools including mindfulness, CBT, DBT, REBT, ACT and have attained a Certification in Sex Therapy from the University of Michigan. I also provide supervision to limited licensed therapists.
