Hello and welcome to Erica Sacco Counseling, LLC. I am a pre-licensed psychotherapist, offering in-office and telehealth sessions. I have a passion for helping others to develop new skills and perspectives to become confident, happy, and empowered individuals. I believe the root source to any change comes from feeling inspired, secure and confident in yourself, in your relationships, and in your surroundings. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions in order to foster personal growth and healing.
