Relationships are challenging. Whether you're struggling with a romantic relationship or a relationship with yourself, I can help. I provide a judgement free space for individuals and couples to show up as they are without expectations of who they "should be". My goal is to create an environment that is supportive of personal growth, improving communication and healing from trauma. I want every client to walk out feeling seen and heard. With empathy, understanding and a little humor, I work with each individual or couple to build on their strengths and empower them to overcome the challenges they are facing.
