I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). My areas of clinical focus include but are not limited to anxiety, mood disorders, life adjustments/transitions, grief/loss, ambiguous loss and substance use concerns. Each individual has a unique story; each conversation provides a chance to process and navigate along and through life's obstacles. Using a combination of insight, support, and humor, I foster a collaborative relationship with my clients and assist them in finding their inner voice along with their life compass and passions.
