Let's face it; being a parent is HARD. Facing the realities of limited sleep, no time to yourself, postpartum pain, and toddler energy is discouraging to say the least. Also, being pregnant can be scary and overwhelming. Many people I work with describe feeling exhausted, irritable, or overwhelmed and ultimately guilty for not doing enough despite their love, dedication, and excitement for being a mom.
