We will spend time understanding what you are experiencing and collaboratively work to develop actionable tools designed to improve the overall quality of your life. I provide individual sessions and family therapy to adults and adolescents. I specialize in treating anxiety and depressive disorders, past trauma, grief and loss, and stress management.
