Hello! My name is Erica (she/her). I'm a psychotherapist and art therapist for clients in the NY area. My therapeutic style is warm and compassionate. I work primarily with clients seeking to address the challenges that come from anxiety, depression, relationships, and unexpected life transitions. Prior to my work in private practice, I began my career through therapeutic roles in non-profit agencies, working with individuals across a broad demographic of ages and diagnoses.
