Life is a journey; at least to me it is. My life has been a journey (and still is). Life is full of ups and downs; sometimes, life gives us more downs than ups. That's okay; no really, it is. It's only by going through life that we can experience everything it has to offer. As your therapist, I will take the journey with you. Together, we will examine the obstacles in your way and take them on, one by one. I will provide empathy, compassion, and insight to each session.
