I specialize in working with adolescents, ADHD, Bipolar, depression and anxiety. I can help empower you to reach your goals and go above and beyond your own expectations, whether that's dealing with grief, finding joy in life, dealing with a difficult relationship, or building concrete strategies to cope with anxiety and depression more effectively. I have over fifteen years of experience in mental health, and I have extensive experience with adolescents and adults, and seniors with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, transitioning, and other issues. I use CBT skills, alongside mindfulness, ACT or ERP therapies. I'll collaborate with you to discover what will be most helpful for you.
