My name is Erik Rosen and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) practicing in Northfield, IL. I am excited to be returning to the North Shore after spending the past four years serving in the United States Air Force as a decorated active-duty mental health provider. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults treating a wide range of issues to include anxiety and depression as well as providing support and guidance for normal responses to stressful life events/transitions. I have a passion for sports and provide mental skills training and coaching to enhance athletic performance in young athletes. My approach is person-focused and rooted in empathy, compassion, and good-natured humor. I pride myself in providing a safe and non-judgmental space for all my clients.
