I work with women navigating anxiety, depression, and the emotional aftermath of narcissistic/abusive relationships. Many of my clients initially come to me feeling drained, disconnected, or unsure of themselves after years of surviving instead of living. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and soul-centered—focused on nervous system healing, self-trust, and the power of self-connection. Therapy with me is a supportive space to release the survival patterns that no longer serve you and to reconnect with your inner strength, clarity, voice, and sense of worth.
