Hello! I am Erika. I have worked with kids and young adults for about 10 years in various capacities and I am so happy to be expanding my work on this platform. I am a Midwesterner living in Arizona so kindness and compassion are in my blood. I experienced my own anxiety as a child and love that I get the opportunity to help others with their struggles and see the light at the end of the tunnel! I am a lover of all things nature, I am a cat lady, and I love to learn! I cannot wait to meet you! Our first session is very relaxed and focuses around getting to know you! During this time I can answer any questions you have about the process or about myself and we will create some goals for your future.
