I work well with clients from different backgrounds and experiences. I love challenging clients with strong insight and further developing that area as a strength. A fundamental part of the work I do is emphasizing acceptance to work towards change and living a life in line with their values. By recognizing conflict and patterns developed from the past, clients feel empowered to make choices instead of living at the mercy of parts of themselves that no longer serve them. Along the way, I engage clients with skill development that suites their needs. Being creative and collaborative in session is a source of joy I actively cultivate.
