Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in old patterns or beliefs that no longer serve them. Others are navigating relationships, grief, life transitions, or identity exploration. Some seek relief from anxiety or depression, while others want to feel more grounded, emotionally regulated, and at peace. My clients are often motivated to understand themselves more deeply and create intentional, authentic change in their lives. I also provide clinical supervision for pre-licensed therapists seeking licensure. I offer a warm, authentic space to explore challenges and grow. I work with clients on relationships, depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting clients during pregnancy and postpartum, drawing on my experience as a postpartum doula, and I welcome clients in the LGBTQ2IA+ community.
