I deal with all areas of Mental Health from Depression, Anxiety, Situational Crisis and Addiction to more serious Mental Health disorders. I do have an additional Certificate in Substance Abuse Treatment and provide EMDR Therapy. My primary goal is to aide each individual to achieve their unique therapeutic goals whether they be relationship issues including codependency, divorce, and marital and family, grief or loss. Along with Substance Abuse I treat Eating Disorders. Finally, I and have a unique interest in Chronic Illness & Pain, as the emotional component of the physical conditions are often overlooked or unheard. I can help! You are not alone. Working together, we will outline the issues bringing you to therapy and identify solutions. We will create a treatment plan and modify it as necessary.I provide EMDR therapy which can be very beneficial depending on your particular issues. I am here to help you achieve your goals along in a safe non-judgmental environment.
