Seeking deep, lasting change? I help adults who feel stuck in toxic relationship patterns, wrestle with the weight of childhood trauma, or struggle with attachment wounds that undermine their sense of self. Many of my clients are ready to break intergenerational cycles of pain, heal from systemic trauma, and address underlying issues like anxiety or low self-worth. I offer a safe, affirming space rooted in anti-racist and LGBTQIA+-allied values. Healing demands safety, dignity, and belonging. I hold an MSW from Hunter College and have extensive experience in addiction recovery and community mental health.
