I’m a licensed social worker whose goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel free to be themselves. I understand that life’s hardships can be difficult to navigate alone and believe every individual deserves the time and space to feel heard and understood without fear of judgment. I believe healing begins with developing a deeper understanding of our thoughts, behaviors, and patterns. Through a compassionate and supportive approach, I help clients reconnect with their strengths, engage in meaningful self-exploration, and build practical skills that foster lasting change.
