Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or even unsure of where to begin. Wherever you are, I'm here to meet you with honesty, care, and compassion. I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen, understood, and accepted. This is the kind of space I strive to create for each person I work with. People who come to see me are often struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, compassion fatigue, or the emotional weight that comes with chronic illness, whether in their own lives or as caregivers. No matter what you are facing you do not have to face it alone. My approach is centered on building a genuine, trusting relationship where you feel safe being yourself. I bring authenticity to every session and approach each client acceptance and curiosity. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to offer support that is both compassionate and practical.
