I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience treating adolescents and adults in a myriad of settings. In these roles, I've provided individualized therapy to support with relationship, academic, and interpersonal issues, among others. I've also done extensive social justice work with young women. In my practice, the relationship is the main healing agent in a therapeutic dynamic. I've found that clients seek largely to feel seen and heard, and that my role is to co-create a safe space for them to grow. I'm guided by the E. Dickinson quote, "I felt it shelter to speak to you.
