I provide supportive, individual therapy for people working across the behavioral health field—especially those who spend their days caring for others and have limited space to focus on their own needs. I work with clinicians, supervisors, administrators, paraprofessionals, case managers, and other behavioral health professionals experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, moral distress, chronic stress, or work-related emotional strain. Therapy offers a space to process the impact of this work and develop sustainable strategies for personal and professional well-being.
