I established my therapy practice to emphasize to you and whoever walks through my doors, that you are welcome here. So… Welcome! Sharing who you are with someone you have yet to meet takes a lot of courage and vulnerability. I have a lot of respect for those taking this, often challenging, step to seek therapeutic support. I view therapy as a space for us to collaborate and work together to understand and define the goals and changes you wish to see for yourself. Together we will explore thoughts, feelings and challenges so we can work towards the life you want to be living.
