In the company of a skilled practitioner, the process of therapy can help you work through old patterns and address the challenges at hand. You can experience a greater sense of meaning, purpose, and peace in your life and in your relationships. Finding the right therapist may require that you speak to a number of practitioners. My work with clients reflects my belief that successful treatment happens through a combination of factors: developing practical skills, exploring the unconscious processes that can influence us, and experiencing the benefits of a rich therapeutic relationship.
