Welcome to my page! Life doesn't always turn out the way we planned, and I work with adults who are determined not to let their past dictate their present or future. Whether you're navigating trauma, binge eating disorder, grief and loss, PTSD, anxiety, depression, workplace challenges, or major life transitions, I'm here to support you through it. After spending 25 years in corporate America before my own career renaissance, I understand how life can take unexpected turns. This experience, combined with my professional training, has given me deep compassion for the struggles people face today. My approach centers on building a trusting, safe relationship where we work together as partners in your healing journey. Drawing from person-centered, narrative, and existential frameworks, I help clients build on their individual strengths while cultivating the insights and self-compassion needed to process the past and rediscover hope for the future.
