Each of our lives contain periods of both great suffering and great joy. Most of these experiences are unpredictable and beyond our control, but there are resources that can help us reduce our emotional suffering and experience more wellbeing. My hope is to provide a gracious space for clients to authentically navigate the complexities of life and to support them as they access their own inner wisdom. This work often requires sifting through messages we have internalized over the years. I’m here to support my clients in this discovery and healing process and to help them develop concrete resources to utilize in real life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked with adults in social service and clinical settings for the past decade. I specialize in trauma/complex trauma related issues and anxiety issues, spiritual issues, and codependency issues. I am EMDR trained and Internal Family Systems basic trained, but draw upon a variety of treatment methods.
