I offer individual therapy locally in my Edina office and virtually throughout MN. I'm a therapist of 18 years, and I really enjoy working with people (16+) who want help and guidance with sexual health concerns, body image, relationship disconnection, prenatal/postpartum issues, parenting strategies, sobriety, and career changes. I especially like working with those that are curious about themselves. I want to understand what it is you find meaningful in your life and relationships. By doing this, I can help you identify and navigate how to align with your values through awareness of unhelpful patterns and incremental shifts. I am an AASECT certified sex therapist with extensive scientifically-backed trainings and experiences in the other areas in which I specialize. I provide both education and sensitivity so that we can explore your values, obstacles, sexuality, family history and dynamics, and commitment to making meaningful changes in your life and relationships.
