I meet my clients where they are at emotionally & provide guidance for any stage of change they are at. I can keep it very formal & clinical but I consider myself more of a guide/coach to help you navigate all of your "life stuff" including work, family, relationships, depression, anxiety, ADHD & other common diagnoses. I spent 8 years fully specializing in all things LGBTQ+ including identity & gender affirming letters/assessments for HRT & Surgical Interventions. Over the past 3 years I've also ventured into spirituality & religion & integrate this into sessions as clients want or are comfortable.
