I am strengths-based and believe strongly that we are all trying our best! My goal is to establish a strong therapeutic relationship with you to provide a safe space where you can be heard. I also teach practical strategies to achieve goals. Therapy can be intimidating and scary at times, so laughter and levity are often interwoven in my sessions with patients. In my practice, I specialize in Grief and Loss, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationship Challenges, Setting Boundaries and Expectations, and Stress Management.
