I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, NCC) passionate about helping individuals build a life that feels meaningful and sustainable. When life feels overwhelming, confusing, or stuck, it can be hard to know where to start. You don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s keeping you from feeling more grounded and connected, and find ways to help you feel steadier, more resilient, and more in charge of your life. I provide a calm, compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can be truly seen and heard. My work is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and tailored to your needs. I specialize in supporting folks experiencing: Personality-related challenges; Self-harm or urges that feel out of control; Mood disorders; and Trauma/PTSD.
