Life is full of complex challenges that can make change seem daunting. Often, we find ourselves stuck in old patterns that are preventing us from making the changes we want in our lives. Clinging to patterns that feel safe and comfortable can hinder personal growth and transformation, but embracing uncertainty, though challenging, is often necessary for reaching goals and becoming the person you want to be. As a dedicated counselor, I understand the difficulties that come with breaking free from these patterns and I want to make sure you don’t feel like you have to do it all on your own. It is my hope to be a support to you in achieving your personal goals and improving your relationships and overall well-being. My approach to counseling is integrative pulling from tenets of Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
