In my practice, I value the importance of creating a warm and welcoming space in order to develop a therapeutic relationship with the clients that I work with built on trust, safety, and compassion. I believe that getting to know yourself takes courage and strength, which provides an opportunity for healing and growth. I have a passion for and specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), trauma, as well as perinatal (pregnancy and postpartum) mental health.
